Very disappointed with ABC Warehouse. I purchased a dryer and range for my elderly parents on April 12, 2026, and the appliances were delivered April 15. The dryer never worked from the start. When I contacted the store, I was told they would not exchange or return it and that I had to deal directly with LG Electronics. LG sent technicians five different times and ordered parts four separate times, but after more than four weeks the dryer still does not work. I purchased a stove it was delivered with a dent which things can happen but the manager swiftly addressed it and is delivering a new unit tomorrow
Lisa Redmond's Customer service was excellent!. She found us exactly what we wanted and had our new stove delivered right away. We couldn't have asked for better service! Ask for Lisa she gave us 5 star service. We will be back again!
The assistant manager Lindsey C. at the Farmington Hills location was one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered during a transaction. She is so nice and down to earth. I can't believe I ever thought negatively about ABC Warehouse in the past. I literally live around the corner and have been avoiding the place. I feel like I should've visited a lot sooner. She along with the delivery service has me sold on being a future customer.
