Lisa Redmond's Customer service was excellent!. She found us exactly what we wanted and had our new stove delivered right away. We couldn't have asked for better service! Ask for Lisa she gave us 5 star service. We will be back again!
The assistant manager Lindsey C. at the Farmington Hills location was one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered during a transaction. She is so nice and down to earth. I can't believe I ever thought negatively about ABC Warehouse in the past. I literally live around the corner and have been avoiding the place. I feel like I should've visited a lot sooner. She along with the delivery service has me sold on being a future customer.
ABC Warehouse is easily one of the best spots for electronics, TVs, audio systems, and home appliances. A huge five-star shoutout to Soulat, the Sales Manager at the Farmington Hills location! He always makes the entire buying experience seamless and stress-free. Soulat is honest, knowledgeable, and always offers a competitive price. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future purchases. I highly recommend him for any electronics and appliance purchases.
Bruce Gorman is the consummate salesperson. Friendly, professional, derail oriented and chose the perfect GE washer/dryer for our home. If you need ANY appliances, he's your man! Best washer/dryer we've had. Cleans/dry beautifully! Bruce made excellent choice once we told him our needs. He's your guy if you need Anything from ABC Warehouse for your home.
Mike Z was hard to deal with as he struggled to hear and understand me. I would not recommend dealing with Mike Z. Deal with John Camrata, he stepped in and helped me really well. Bought a dryer and delivery and installation. I recommend dealing with him or Hadi Z as they are very nice and helpful.
