I BAUGHT THE 4 APPLIANCES FOR NEW HOME AND i SHOP ARROUND WITH ALL PALACES LIKE lOWES,HOME DEPOT AND ON LINE PRICES TOO. bUT i CAME TO ABC WAREHOUSE AND i KNOW MR.MALIK IS WORKING WITH THIS CO. ABC warehouse customer service is horrible. I paid them $80 to install my sound system in my car. after work my car didn't run properly I called them and they said it wasn't their fault unless I could get a second opinion meanwhile I was stranded in Bay City with the sound system than that didn't work properly
The bay city store baited and switched my friend on a bed he bought. They even had a different model number on the delivery slip
i called the abc courtesy department and talked to a Lisa Champine she was so rude im telling everyone i know that because of her we wont go there anymore. mabey they should be more professional!
Received a broken television and they refuse to return!!!! – Terrible place to purchase from. We bought a 60 inch plasma television ($1350) and on the receipt that we sign when we paid with our credit card they have a disclaimer about the tv not being broke and such. Well I singed the receipt without knowing they would put such a thing on the credit card receipt. Got the tv home and the entire screen is cracked. They refuse to take it back or do anything for us. ABC Warehouse 10 Mile Rd,Ctr Line, MI 48015 – I have called for help buying something and they put you on hold for 10 min. and don't answer to help. I have had problems with them in the past and they do nothing to fix them. I have found there prices are higher then other ABC stores. I have spent a lot of money with ABC... Now it is time to go to another store where people care about you and want to help you find what you need. Sorry ABC but your store need's to grt it together.
Bought an remote starter for my car, sale went good and i was told to come back for instalation. They don't do appointment but sales man assurred me it was no problem "come in any time". We showed up they said it would be 4 to 5 hrs and they were not appoligetic at all. We ended up returning it went to car tunes $100 cheaper installed the same day 1hr and lifetime warrenty for free, abc warehouse was $20 for 2 years. Do not use this store
Great warranty service – I called Tue. 5 pm and serviceman repaired my 50 in. Samsung TV around 11 am the next morning. This was a total surprise to me as I thought it would be several days waiting without my TV. The people on the phone were helpful and courteous and the same could be said for the serviceman from Ernie Krygier who had it fixed in minutes after arriving. Great job as usual Steve from ABC on Wilder in Bay City!
