I always go see Jon Balla there as we have purchased all of our kitchen and laundry appliances plus 2x tvs over the past 7 years from ABC Warehouse and Jon. Highly recommend.
I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism that was provided during my visit. The employee took the time to listen to my needs before showing me different products. I was hesitate to shop for a new fridge because of all the headaches that come with it, but the employee made the process very smooth and painless.
The staff at this ABC warehouse are so unprofessional today I went in to check out a TV that they had in there weekly ad at first I was approached by a gentleman who didn't even know what or which Tv I was talking about when we finally found the TV it looked pretty bad for a 4K TV and especially when the 4K tv next to it looked way better and I asked why that was to which the salesman's response was because the other TV was showing a 4K demo and the TV I was planning on buying was displaying a standard local channel to which... read more
ABC warehouse is very dishonest they have Mattresses listed for sale that you can purchase, then they send you out something else from their warehouse in grand rapids michigan. I thought I was receiving a Sealy Mattress, they brought me Spring Air Mattress located in grand rapids mi. I never heard of them in my life.......If you know better you sure had better not purchase Mattresses from this dealer go to the actual mattress company. Justin, the audio specialist, was extremely helpful with a problem I was having with my subwoofer setup. At no cost whatsoever, he came out to my car and helped me adjust some wires and turn a few knobs on my amp to make my system work at peak performance without cutting out every two seconds. Wife and I walked into this store with the full intention of buying a washing machine. Not sure if it's the store manager but some greasy dude kept fast talking and trying to get us to buy a more expensive model. This guy was the stereotypical, straight out of central casting sleazy saleman. He kept saying things like "If you don't care about quality then you can buy that one." He was borderline insulting us. We had a great experience with the guy we were working with at the store, but the delivery team was very disappointing. They broke our dryer in transit and had to come back another day with a new one. Then, on a separate occasion, they took nearly two hours to get to my house after their "heads-up" phone call, which caused me to be late to work.
Would NEVER go back here, so we found this deal after browsing the web, went and checked out the mattress, the store manager David showed us the mattress, we explained to him our prerequisites and that we would buy it the following day, he promised that he would hold it and we could buy it over the phone the next day, since the sale would end soon. This is probably one of the better ABC stores in the area. Super nice staff and excellent service. The employees really know what they are talking about and try to fit your needs as best as possible. I've had great experiences with the portable electronics section, especially in the cameras section. They've even remodeled the place since I've last been there with new bedding & furniture around the place. Longtime shopper here. Other ABC's are not the greatest.
