CADILLAC, MI LOCATION General manager is an incredibly rude and nasty individual! I spent nearly $2,000 on a dishwasher and a dryer that was supposed to be delivered TODAY! 've had two failed deliveries that are of no fault of my own. I was guaranteed by the store manager (Kevin) that my w&d would be here on 5/8. A couple days after, I received a call from Matt, stating that Kevin did not fullfil my order correctly, and that my w&d would not be delivered on Saturday. He guaranteed delivery by 5/12. On 5/11, I received a call from Kevin saying that the truck is loaded already and I won't receive my delivery on 5/12. I told Kevin I would be in to cancel my entire order because of this blunder.
