Bought furniture last Saturday and was told they would deliver the following Saturday. Received a text that it would be delivered between 7:30am and 9:30am, get a call 9am telling me they were over booked and couldn’t deliver it. Sounds like a bullcrap story. Now can’t be delivered until Tuesday. Got rid of old furniture, sitting on fold out chairs in living room. The guys up there are amazing people very nice
Bought a $800 refrigerator broke twice already hasn't even been 6 months thank God I got warranty but for only 3 years so that's not reassuring
Their installers refused to give me their insurance information after a dishwasher I bought from ABC leaked. Tyler from appliance alliance would not share his insurance agents name, which is a terrible way to do business
