Lat July, I purchased a washer and dryer with the option of 3 yrs no interest. To this date, I have been charged interest. The billing office cannot seem to resolve this issue. Although I am very happy with the products I purchased, I will not be back to shop there unless I have cash. Very disappointed in customer service.
