RecommendedI've been visiting Dr. Mari Ward for more than a decade and have appreciated her thorough, kind, and conscientious care. Prescriptions have already been provided as scheduled/on time and ABC has worked effectively with my insurance company as well as applied any available coupons. Highly recommend and great selection of frames and products!
So, i highly do not recommend ABC Vision. Staff friendly enough, but i was promised i would get my glasses in 2 weeks. It took over 8 weeks. I got a phone call after 4 weeks that they got the frames and would now send them in for the lenses. Again, promised in 2 weeks. Over 4 weeks. The worse thing about this is this happened last year when i ordered new glasses, but they apologized and refunded the money at that time as well as giving me my glasses.
