The best! I was so stressed when a massive ink stain ruined the light cream leather of our BMW. Joe is as meticulous as he is service-oriented. The stitching was impeccable. The first leather that came in had the perforated hole pattern going in the wrong direction. He ordered more and didn’t charge me for it. Joe called us with updates, and once he had the leather, we brought the car back in and he had it finished in less than one day. Replaced the disintegrated vinyl of our Urban Arrow cargo bike's rain canopy. Prompt and clear communication. Functional repair for something I had a hard time finding anyone to do. Fair price and much cheaper than an expensive replacement.

I had custom cushions made for a built-in bench in my kitchen and they came out great. The fit is perfect and the quality is really nice — they totally transformed the space. I agree 100% with all the previous reviews. Joe is a skilled craftsman, knowledgeable, reasonable, always willing to go the extra mile. He re-cushioned the driver’s seat of my HRV, making it drive-able again—a total game changer. He’s the best, and a pleasure to work with.
