I recently purchased a rooted plumeria for over $60 which arrived dead. After multiple attempts to contact them I just sent it back. I still have not received a refund or any communication from them. Horrible customer service, I at least expected a response. I have been growing plumeria for years and buying them online, never had an issue like this. I don't see how they stay in business!
