This place must be ran by idiots. Called 3 times just for the guy with a thick accent to act clueless and hang up. Don’t come here.
Worst travel service ever. Got hung up when I asked the agency to apply for a visa
I just called and spoke to somebody and as soon as they asked me if I was trying to book a flight I said no and they hung up on me. Terrible customer service and didn't offer to ask me anything else. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
I called this travel agency since someone recommended to me here to apply for Visa to Vietnam. When I tried to call and ask for how much does it cost for a five years visa to Vietnam, the guy just told me you need to call the airline and abruptly hung up the phone. That was rude! If I could give them negative star, I would!
