A few weeks ago, I finished the Pharmaceutical Technician program with this institution and took the final PTCB exam and passed. The teacher prepared us well. I am very grateful. I recommend them.
The teachers are good,but the staffs at front desk are worse. They don’t have any respect towards the students. They treat you so bad. They don’t have customer services skills. They don’t know how to communicate with the students. Moreover if a student fights with them the student will send home and if the student refuses the whole class would be dismissed. This not fair at all.
Bad experience. From the teachers to the actual service. Administration will lied to you about it being easy, so they take your money. And the teacher they hire for medical coding is from Jacobi hospital, so you know he's not good. So please who ever sees this, don't give this school any of your time/money/effort. Oh and when you walk in the building, it stinks like sewage water.
