Poor service, booked the job in to only find out it wasn’t booked in, rebooked, paid in full. On the day, no show, called the office, just got excuses. Pissed off customer Update on my experience. Not happy with the lack of customers service shown by the owner, very disappointed. Craig responded to me with a roadside assist and was very helpful. It ended up being an issue with my key transponder which was lost and he even helped me look for it. Friendly and even slowed down to explain what he was doing to me.

Called this company tonight after being referred. Biggest shout out to Megan for answering my call. This lady had someone on the way to me immediately and the driver called me within minutes. I was not at all feeling in a safe space and I'm deeply sorry I cannot remember the driver's name. But the moment he called me and let me know he was coming quickly was extremely reassuring.
