I call to set appointment and the lady answered the phone saying you have to pay cash or check before we start doing ur paperwork and I say what about I end up not doing my taxes and she say you have to found someone us and hung up on me she have a bad attitude
She's simple, quick and extremely informative.
Did my taxes for a few years with turbo tax and haveing her do them the last 2 years I've gotten back almost 1000 extra both years compared to turbo tax. She was finished in about 15 min. Very informative.
