Can’t get anyone to answer emails and have been on a list for a very long time. I have to switch at this point because no one will communicate. We miss you Joyce!! The new owners aren’t like you.
Good worker, was able to get me in right away. Accurate, and accommodating.
I called to see how much they charge and the lady that answered the phone just said "we are not taking any new clients today" and just hung up. I completely understand they get overwhelmed during tax season. But that was completely rude in my opinion. I'm just one person, so them not getting my business in the future is not going to matter I'm sure. Definitely not what I was expecting from them based on other people's reviews.
