I have never had any problems with the staff and the windows I order come in a timely manner.
I had 6 windows and one sliding glass door installed using ABC windows by a contractor. 2 years later, AFTER multiple repairs, 2 of my windows are no longer functioning, ( they need to remain closed at all times) and my sliding glass door will no longer lock. I was told by ABC, that they would send the broken part for the 1 window to a local shop, and I would have to go pick it up and fix it myself. I have no idea how to fix that so there will be an additional cost for me to have someone come in to repair their windows. ABC ... read more
Very bad customer service. Save your time and go anyplace else.
Terrible customer service at ABC Supply, 355 Fillmore. I called to order a window, and the rep, Dave, hung up on me. When I called back, he said I had to come in to order but didn’t ask for window sizes or offer a quote. Very rude and dismissive. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
