We contacted this company due to all the positive reviews but we were highly disappointed. This would be one star but atleast they called back (unlike other companies) after my husband requested a quote for two different types of decks/porches. Sales lady was not good, mumbled, can't hear her name in phone recording, would not listen and four times she countered exactly what she stated earlier in conversation saying she didn't say that. Screen porch is wonderful! We have throughly enjoyed working with Becky on our design. The installation crew did a real professional job!
The experience was excellent from start to finish and we are thrilled with the end product. The crews were efficient and honest, going above and beyond to make sure the finished screen room was exactly what we wanted.
