My client was over 2 and a half hours late coming home, no contact with mother, no explanation, no answers.
I have not used this company myself but have seen one of their drivers (bus #401) driving very dangerously and almost causing accidents. She was weaving in and out of traffic, switching lanes back and forth very abruptly without using indicators, cutting other cars off while doing so.
