James is awesome!! We rent an outdoor storage space for our R.V. When we got to our 5th wheel, there was another R.V. parked so close to ours we couldn't get our leveler handle in to raise our front jack's. Our 5th wheel was going no where at that time. I called James, and he came to us within minutes and provided tools to help us manually get our jack's up so we could move our R.V. He went above and beyond to help us. It's not only a safe storage area, but his service was fantastic. Thank you, James!!
