I had a sleep study here and I come here to say that the staff was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. It is an unusual situation when you have to sleep somewhere your not used to but overall everything went by fast and good. I would recommend this place.
Arguably the worst experience dealing with a medical professional's office I've ever had. There is too much to type to spell out all the back and forth over many months, but the TLDR is they refuse to send the patient their results in direct violation of HIPAA. They also make scheduling difficult and refuse to answer simple questions about procedures before you go in. Jolene appears to be the ring leader but Carla is equally unhelpful. I had my sleep study at ABC sleep disorder center last night, and it was a fantastic experience. The technician was incredibly accommodating and professional. The office staff were all so kind, compassionate and professional. If I could give ABC sleep disorder Center 10 stars, I absolutely would! If you’re considering a sleep study, I highly recommend ABC sleep disorder center they are top notch in my book !
I had my sleep study in January 2024 and I am still waiting for the results (September 2024). I must have called them about 7 times so far and every time they tell me they have faxed the results to my primary doctor's fax number. When I tell them that this is NOT my doctor's fax number and try to give them the correct number, they treat me with suspicion. Then I ask them to call my doctor. So far, there is no progress. I call my doctor's office and they have not received communication from ABC. Now, I need to replace my CPAP... read more
