Horrible!! I called this man up and he came promptly. He pumped out the cesspool. The following week the sewer drain was overflowing again. So, I thought ok the drain is clogged. I called Roter Rooter and they came and after they looked they said the drain is clear and look at the cesspool. The cesspool was filled again. The Roter Rooter guy said do you know If he pumped the overflow and I said no. Well after 1498.00 later I had to pay to have the cesspool pumped and the overflow pumped.
