Kenny is wonderful. I Had issues with my cesspool pipe and house vent pipe. Called ABC and Kenny was reliable, showed up when he said he would, he did the digging to access the pipes, removed 2 large bushes and the roots, pipe replacement and recemented the area. Cant say enough about this company and wont use anyone else. Highly recommend ABC!
Had to get a new cesspool and Ken made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. They do great work and explain what they are doing as well. Also had some plumbing issues after a new washer was installed and they were able to fix all that the same day I contacted them.
Kenny came right away when our cesspool overflowed, he was attentive and communicated throughout the entire process. He showed up when he said he would- no waiting around and he was fast. Def recommend this company if your'e in rep shit like me lol!!!!
Ran into an issue last night with my toilet and shower backing up. Called ABC Sewer Service at 9:00AM to see when/if they could check my cesspool and left a message. Kenny called back within 15 minutes and said he could be to my house before noon. He and his crew were there by 11:00. Kenny and his crew located my cesspool, dug thru the frozen ground and determined that the cesspool was full. After pumping, aerating, and adding chemicals, my cesspool was up and running in no time.
