Always get a second opinion if you use these guys. Tech was unqualified and on the phone with his boss talking him through what to check the whole time. After they couldn't figure out the issue they told me I would need to spend almost $900 as the service board needed to be replaced. Luckily my neighbor has hvac experience, he looked and in 10 min had our furnace running again with the only issue being the dip switches were in the wrong place. Incompetent customer service. I called them on Thursday and scheduled a 10-12 am appointment. At 1215 no one had arrived and I pinged them and got no response, but 5 minutes later I got an email with a new afternoon appointment that I didn’t agree too but shuffled my schedule to make work. I figured the person on the phone forgot to schedule me and let it go. But at the end of my afternoon window after no one showed I got another email saying my appointment had been cancelled.
