I have called them numerous times and have never talked to a real person and have left messages and never have been called back.
They were professional and timely in getting their estimate ready.
We had a portion of the wrap off of our deck blow off with the wind. Jeff had not done the work, but a previous employee had. They came out and fixed it for free. I was very impressed that they took care of us, even though it had been a few years since the original work.
