We had seen a booth for gutters at the home and garden show so we booked a free estimate. It was a fair price and matched what we had seen around the city. When I called to schedule the installation, the person was at a doctor's appointment with her child and said she'd have to call back to schedule. She never called to schedule. People randomly showed up at our house and started to install the gutters, whether someone was home or not, with no payment in place!
