The crew was friendly, and really kind, I will say that. Gutter installation took 3 full days, when it could have been done in 1, maybe 2 (my Ring cam recorded a lot of downtime), and I had to have someone come back out to move a down spout and add extensions to the downspouts, which are over a foot long and need to be trimmed. I have a few areas that started leaking right away and still haven't had anyone sent out to repair them. The gutter filters were installed slightly warped too. This is for installing and re-routing the gutter . Zack and Nick did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail and explaining what they see and how they were going to fix and install the gutters made us confident the work was going to be great. They were patient with us when my mom and I had questions and worked diligently to make sure the installation and routing was 100% perfect

Poor planning, poor communication. We planned to replace the gutters when we restuccoed the house. They ordered the wrong color, and when I called, they finally came out and saw the issue. They offered to replace them with the correct color if we repaid for materials. It’s been weeks and I have heard no update.
