For the past four years I have watched the landscaping deteriorate to a wasteland. There is no supervision of workmen, workmen sleep on the job, do not know a weed from a flowering plant, etc. The property manager of our HOA has no contact with ABC Scapes so nothing is done. Invoices are sent with no description of work done during any month.
