Horrible customer service. You leave messages and they don t return your phone calls and today we were told that even though we ve paid through the end of the year, they won t be delivering our trashcan until we ve paid an additional \$10 for the trashcan delivery fee. This would have been understandable if we d been told this at the time of payment (or shortly after) and hadn t already paid through the year two weeks ago (of course they took the money, but didn t return our calls or messages asking where the heck our trashc... read more

We have had excellent service with ABC. I called around to price other companies before we went with them and they are by far cheaper than any of the other ones around here. With two teenagers and their friends we have an extra bag every now and then and they always take it too. I have never had them pick up late and they always put the can back standing up and the lid closed. Thanks for such excellent service!!!
Wonderful customer service! Have always been faithful in their pickup, once when we had been ill and were unable to take our can to the curb, they came to the house and picked it up for us! A real life-saver that week!!! Thanks, ABC!!! :)
Use one of the other sanitation services. These people dont know how to treat their customers!
