Repairmen James Adams and Norwin Messieh arrived on time and fixed an issue with my washer. Better yet, they explained the problem in terms I understood and how to address it if it were to recur. They were pleasant, courteous, got right to work and fixed the problem.
James Adam’s did an excellent job replacing our refrigerator water valve. James was very knowledgeable and worked in a proficient manner using towels to limit any further water issues. I would highly recommend him.
James was awesome! On time, clean, and very nice.
Highly recommend! I just wanted to be sure our 9+ year old Blue Star didn’t need anything, basically like an oil change on a car. Another company tried to upsell me a new range. ABC was recommended to me by Blue Star. The came to our home quickly. Our repair specialist was detailed and methodical. He was very professional and I will use them for all future appliance needs.
