Purchased 2 major appliances within a Month. Even though ABC is known for selling to the trades, as a consumer, I received excellent service at prices you would pay at a big box store. Big Thank You to Kevin and Judy. Real Pros. Also, their partners for installation services, "Restore", were excellent. On time, treated my home with respect, did a fine job replacing appliances fitted in custom cabinets. I was concerned about everything fitting properly, butin the end, so pleased with the results.
Atrocious customer service. ABC installed a Bosch dishwasher that broke in under 3 weeks. We spoke to Shiela who was condescending and rude. She told us the owners do not take phone calls (really!?) and told us we had to do the leg work to speak with Bosch to get this resolved. ABC refused to replace the dishwasher despite it being completely broken after 3 weeks. We were then left without a dishwasher for a week and we were told to essentially figure it out with Bosch.
