I booked them to clean my Moroccan flatweave rug before moving into a new apartment. The estimate was free, and the staff were very helpful. They rolled it carefully and explained the cleaning steps. The rug was delivered back in perfect condition, brighter and fresher than I’d seen it in years. They laid it right in the new place, which made unpacking easier for me. It felt like starting fresh with a clean rug in a clean home.

Very impressed with the entire experience. They came to my home for a free estimate, explained the cost clearly, and picked up the rug. About a week later, they returned it looking completely different so clean, colorful, and soft. The pickup and delivery team was professional and careful. They even rolled it out in my living room when they brought it back. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
