Very impressed with the entire experience. They came to my home for a free estimate, explained the cost clearly, and picked up the rug. About a week later, they returned it looking completely different so clean, colorful, and soft. The pickup and delivery team was professional and careful. They even rolled it out in my living room when they brought it back. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
