Based off my interaction I think these guys do a pretty good job.
While visiting our granddaughters, to make the visit a pleasant experience for grandma, we rented a wheelchair. I made arrangements in advance and when I arrived at the store all the paperwork was in order and wheelchair was ready to go. The wheelchair was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy too. If we need a wheelchair again, while in Minnesota, we will call ABC Rentals.
Great customer service. Guys loaded my rental and they explained how to. Use my equipment. Super easy return
