I reached out to the company to rent tables and chairs for my wedding. The person I spoke to on the phone was kind, but never sent a quote over despite me multiple phone calls and text messages back and forth. It seems like they're overwhelmed.
I had a horrible experience with ABC Rentals. I placed my order for rentals for a baby shower about a month in advance. They said they had all the items I requested. The day before they were supposed to be delivered, I got a call that they didn't have the table cloths and napkins in the color I ordered. (By this time, centerpieces, flowers, and other items were already ordered to go with the color originally ordered.) I selected another color and they delivered everything on Friday.
