I called today 3/25/25 to inquire about renting a piano dolly. The website did not have a picture of the dolly so i called the store to see if someone could provide a picture of the actual dolly. The manager was put on the phone and was of no help- saying i should just come to the store to see for myself. I know I can come to the store to look at it but was trying to avoid driving 40 minutes up and back and the item not be exactly what was needed. Waste of time. We have called three times and noone has ever stated to visit on certain days to order. This should be on their site. Or mentioned when you call and ask “When can I come in to place an order”. Its a shame it wasnt communicated AT ALL. We scheduled a time to go only to get there and being told orders can only be placed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Edit: We did not contact anyone about crab steamers . Im not sure which customer youre referring to.

I always use this location for all my party needs. We just tried to rent some items, only to be told that we have an outstanding balance from 4yrs ago. We’ve never been contacted regarding chairs, this store claimed we never returned. When I returned said chairs, I simply pulled up to the location, backed up to the service area and the gentleman removed the chairs from my vehicle. Super easy going! Excellent service and I'll definitely come back again! I needed a Tent heater for the weekend and it was extremely last minute... Literally morning of.... After consulting with the staff, i got the 40,000 BTU heater and it literally saved our weekend!! I would say that the negative reviews posted, did make me nervous. I want to remember this: Be cautious of ABC Rental. They have poor customer service. They didn't inform us about their closing hours, and we were left in a tough spot for my daughter's engagement party. They didn't even give us a courtesy call when they closed, so we had to go to another place to rent tables. The new rental place in Glen Burnie provided excellent service and saved the day for my daughter's event.
