I brought my makita drill to ABC Rentals for repair. The gentleman told me it might be less expensive to buy a new one than repair mine. However he took the time to take it in the back with me and took the brushes out and cleaned them. He spent about 10 minutes cleaning and repairing. All fixed. Works like a new drill. He did NOT charge me nor would he accept a gratuity. Thanks ABC This is the type of local business that we should support so that they stay in the community.
I dropped off my concrete saw in the morning because it wouldn't start, and I got it back the same day for a reasonable cost. Explain in detail what the issue was and strapped the damage parts on the equipment.
