AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! We were moving from Chicago to St. Louis and needed a place that moved and stored our things for us while we looked for a permanent place to live. Not only was the office staff so great and easy to work with, but both the drivers (we had same 2 guys both times...and of course can't remember their names) showed up on time and were very quick an efficient. We had a good move with the team that they sent out to do our move. I could tell every one of the team members paid attention to our furniture, put down plastic to protect our carpets in our new house, etc. We literally had nothing broken by the movers. Thank you to Gres, Undray, Tarrus, Nick, and Xaiver.
The movers were great. They arrived on time and worked hard. They made an unfortunate mistake and broke one of the mounted lights in my house. The Manager never once called me. She waited a week to get involved and then asked the lighting company to lie to me about the reason it was taking so long to get the light in stock. Christina and Jessie in the office couldn't have cared less about rectifying the situation. For this reason, I could never refer ABC to anyone.

We were very disappointed with the service we received!! We hired this mover almost 2 months ago. They damaged our stainless steel refrigerator. We have been given the run-around and our fridge still has not been repaired, nor do we we know if and when it will be fixed. We have been very patient and understanding, however we are now VERY frustrated! No one will follow through and let us know the status of our situation. "From the time I made the initial call to set up the move to the day we moved, your company's customer service was the best. I didn't want another day to pass without telling you that not only were Cody and Steve very professional, efficient and hard working, but they were also pleasing to my elderly mother who was a bit overwhelmed with the move - and everything arrived in good shape.
