I gave the two stars because the young man who showed up at 10pm on a Saturday to help was nice and tried his best to help me (five stars to him). When I heard nothing by 10 am Monday about repairing the collapsed pipe to the septic, I called ABC. They had heard nothing of this and would get back to me with a quote. I waited one hour and called back and was given the quote. (Why am I chasing a quote? And is the fact we can't use the septic Since Saturday not enough to warrant a priority?)
