Beware of a trap .This is a scam, they will come for a call out charges of £59 as emergency call out and then they will tell you the cost of multiple of hundreds. They are using various names on websites Used Jo plumbing as a initial website then sending a person from any other company such as ABC plumbing . Don't get in trap ... I just had this experience

I have been with the company for 16 years. My boiler and new radiators have been installed by the company engineers and have been serviced ever since by them. The service is always reliable and on time. I feel that the team looks after us properly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone .

I can’t comment on the quality of service given by the engineers, but I would never use this company again based entirely on the rude and unhelpfulness of the woman who answered the telephone when I called to enquire about a call out that I’d missed due to confusion and ill health. She was deliberately unhelpful, totally lacking in empathy and refused to answer my questions about what I might do in an emergency situation as they were booked up for 6 weeks but I had a boiler problem that needed immediate attention. I was quoted £395 for the replacement of a corroded safety valve on a boiler. As a non specialist, I contacted other companies to investigate the typical costs. Every single company stated that the price quoted was over £100 too expensive! Several times, I’ve politely requested a breakdown of parts and labour, unsurprisingly I haven’t had a response!
