ABC Plumbing has no business sense whatsoever. Behind their elaborate glitzy website is a firm with significant operational and infrastructure problems. The firm employs AI to book appointments which is awful. The staff is directed to tell you that you are the next appointment on the list but will never give you a time of arrival unlike all other service vendors I have used. I called ABC to tune up my furnace and get it ready for winter. They tell me my heat exchanger is rusted and cracked and will start leaking carbon monoxide soon. He said my furnace was over 20 years old. They said I need a new furnace and tried to sell me one for $9500. So I called my home warranty people. They sent someone out who said my heat exchanger is NOT rusted or cracked! In fact, the photos ABC attached to my report are not photos of my furnace. I recently purchased a house in Lisle  Illinois.. The owners I bought the house from were very nice and honest . Unfortunately abc was not!!! the Sellers  told my real estate agent that  there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom plumbing. I planned on rehabbing the house down the road. I will NEVER do business w/ this Co. they fix my drainage but first I had to pay for they're Parking since the Technician does not pay for Parking services I try to buy a new Furnace from this Co they couldn't get an honest quate the Technician than lost my check the have condescending Costumer services rude try talking to the owner avoid this
