Called to ask for their services. Said they were closed for the day and would try to make it tomorrow and that they would call us. Its been two days since that call and they never called back. I had to deal with the issue myself.

Called upon them for help in dealing with carpenter ants. They responded quickly, came to our house, took the time to investigate and place special traps to identifiy the source. They came back for the first treatment and a few weeks later for the second treatment.
