They are always so nice and attentive to my children
No communication. The Dr. Rosales often changes a regular, annual check up appointment so I’d have to pay for the visit. I even ask before I leave if I owe anything and I was told no. A couple months later I was sent a bill for a 3 year old check up. This happened for most of my visits.
BEWARE- TENGAN CUIDADO Be careful what you respond in an annual visit conversation. My last visit for my kids’ annual physical exams (which insurance covers 100% with no copayments), turned into a regular dr visit with a copayment for one of them because of ‘concerns’ she happens to find. A typical dr refers you to someone if there is concern. Yolanda has definitely changed. Be careful with what you say and what you ask…it can turn into charges.
