I don't know about any other doctor in the practice, but Doctor OO was the on-call pediatrician for st. Marys hospital when I delivered my youngest and he Did not listen to me about her Skin and what NICU I wanted her transferred to up in Chicago. I wanted her transferred to Luries (where we had dermatologist specialist and they had specialty medical supplies for our EB), instead this KNOW-IT-ALL doctor sends a STABLE BARELY premmie to Comers/Rush that is not set up for us. I loved ALL the doctors here. I had a son with a lot of medical issues. They all were compassionate AND listened to what Mom said. I would hole heartily recommend all of these docs. They not only took the best care of my son but also the family as a whole!!!!!
Absolutely fantastic place. They really love what they do here.
We went there once in person and saw Dr Garcia. I am trying to ask questions and she’s rushing out the door. She literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. I was upset leaving but I thought “ok we will try again, maybe it was just her”. Then we call to get my son in for a diaper rash. Instead of us going in, they asked us to send a photo of the rash to their gmail account. I’m not sure about you, but there’s no way in heck I am sending a photo of my infant sons privates via gmail.
