I wish I can give this place (0) ,I would had a long time ago. i been calling for month to make an appointment. I left so many voicemail that o lost count. My son has been sick three time this year and never answer the phone . they don't care about there patient. The customer service is horrible; they pick up the phone when ever they want and if you are lucky they give you an appointment and when you get to the appointment they tell you, you have to wait for over 40 minutes or you have to pay the $5 just because I didn't had... read more

I wish I could give zero stars, the new staff care very little about patients needs, my daughter needed some paperwork for her school and it has been literally a month, after several phone calls and a visit to the office, they said we needed to make an appointment to fill out the paperwork, SERIOUSLY ITS BEEN A MONTH! They always told me that the doctor was going to call me back at the end of the day. After 14 years this will definitely be our last visit.
