Ella's therapist Trudy is so helpful with Ella. Trudy takes the time to explain what is going on with Ella. We enjoy going every week. I am so glad Ella is going to ABC Pediatric Therapy.

We have had a frustrating experience with the therapy structure and administrative processes. I have been taking my kids to this place for about 3 years and I alway go inside and sit with the therapist and observe. The first 2 years were ok but since last year things have turned for worse. Occupational therapy (OT) is scheduled for 45 minutes, but around 20 minutes are consistently spent on parent updates, documentation, transitions, breaks for child, and material setup.
