The front desk team has been incredibly supportive, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns—on one occasion, for over an hour—without judgment. Very poor communication and coordination.
Unprofessional response time, and poor communication skills. Ironic considering that their "professional" subject is communication improvement. Edit to respond to owner: your reception team was instructed to pass both my messages to you, Sharon Burgess, owner. Message 1: I expect a phone call. You did not respond. Message 2: no further response needed as you have proven incapable of professionalism.
