Everyones nice - however the Waiting room could use "sound dampening panels"! The room echos & and multiple therapists come out at the end of the sessions & it gets very loud.
Great west side location! They provide speech occupational and physical therapy services! They provide play based therapy to kiddos in the best way for kiddos to progress and meet their goals! I'd recommend to anyone!
My son has been going here for some time now & he absolutely enjoys this place. The staff are friendly and help you answer any questions & concerns you may have!
I called the front desk a girl answered very rude, very very rude refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I was calling to speak with Miss HEITZ but the reception would not put me through and hung up on me.
Arrived 8 minutes early from the appointment time we were told which was 1:30-2:15, wait around about 20 minutes to then be told the appointment was a whole hr later.. I have it on paper so now I'm dealing with an upset child who actually was looking forward to his appointment. The bathroom in the waiting area is filthy as well
