Shawn took it upon him self to mansplain me, on the implementation of our project. He seems to dismiss the recommendations made by engineers regarding road maintenance, despite our road being five years old and in need of seal coating. Shawn showed no interest in conducting a survey or examining the property. Also Shawn sounded drunk on the phone. Zero stars!
These guys are true professionals. Finish a massive project in a timely manner. Their communication was excellent and I love that it is a family owned business with a great track record in Central Florida.
Very rude and condescending to me and all I wanted to do was ask a question, but he said, "No, I'm asking YOU a question!" then hung up on me. If you are looking for people skills, go elsewhere.
Met the owner while they were redoing our community alleys. His team did a top notch job with great signage and a crew that clearly had pride in their work. Owner was onsite throughout the job and the end results look great.
