Process was good, everything seemed fine, until we get to the last appointment where all my stuff is being removed and I ask "What about those two teeth that aren't quite straight that I've been mentioning for the past three appointments?" Dr Kosy goes "oh well they're better than they were" and just plows forward, glues on a wire, and walks out. I asked the nurse and she said I'd have to follow it up with reception. Dr Kosy and the whole team are wonderful! Took my daughter there as we were told somewhere else that she had to get 4 teeth extracted before being able to have braces. Her teeth were a little crooked but her overbite was the biggest problem. Dr Kosy said there was no need for extraction and she just needed braces. She had them on for 17months and they did there job. Her teeth are so beautiful and couldn’t have asked for better. I will be taking my other children there when they need their teeth corrected.
