Poor communication with the orthodontist. Unable to go in with patient to observe procedure.
Orthodontist assistant applied too much glue on my fixed retainer making it impossible to floss as glue has spilled out around gum. My current orthodontist removed it when braces were placed for re treatment. I went to another orthodontist who treats all teeth. Ignored my concerns before braces were removed. Highly commercial, process driven practice- would avoid. With regards to your reply of this being a hoax review, it is not.
