Absolute worst customer service in their service department of any auto shop I’ve ever been to. Each time I book or try to book an appointment. Took my car in last visit to pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and had a great experience. Made the mistake of returning to ABC Nissan in Phoenix and once again let down. Made an appointment this morning for an oil change today at 4:30 PM. It was confirmed via text and email to me. Stay clear from ABC Nissan especially REP Ramon Noriega Went in for a oil change and a free brake change. Trying to charge my daughter that doesn't know anything about a car $189 dollars for a oil change and Corrison Battery Pad. That's those green and red pads you can get at AutoZone for 1.50$ for 80$ at Nissan what the hell.
