The women working in this office are so rude. They act like a simple request is going to ruin their entire day. I even had my insurance company call and they hung up on the representative. She couldn't believe how rude they were! She even said wow, I am in shock. They were so rude. Yeah I know this is what I deal with every time I call. Sad. Shape up your staff. Will be finding new agency.

The representative was rude and very unprofessional they charged both of my credit cards for a deposit in error and when advise to cancel it. They refused and Advs they will keep money and then refund it. It will take 3 months to receive it back. I have yet to get it back. This is fraud and will be taking representative and this company to court. My plan services never Evan started. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience
