I contacted Kay at ABC about a car she had advertised that I was looking at on Trade Me. Told her there was another one cheaper elsewhere - Kay said that was a good price and went out of her way to help by recommending a few things to look into before purchasing then helped me interpret these. Incredible display of trustworthiness and integrity (I ended up buying the other car) thank you Kay!
