I purchased a hybrid car over a year ago from this dealer, and dealing with Kay was the easiest dealing I have aver had with a car yard Kay is an cool guy to deal with, not a pushy salesman at all I believe the negative comments are due to buyers not purchasing a mechanical insurance for their vehicles since when buying used is a must although I have not had any issues but I purchased mine with a 3 year extended warranty (Kay you are ) AAA+
