BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS. I set my account on auto pay, presented, my credit card and told I was on auto pay. I PAY ALL MY BILLS AUTO PAY. I don't have time to run around paying bills in person. I got a phone call on a Saturday morning saying I owed a $35.00 late fee. I explained I was auto pay, only to be told I wasn't and owed the money. I told them I would come and work it out Monday. What a nice facility! Not only was the facility clean and worthy of storing my personal effects, but the personnel was very nice and easy to deal with. highly recommended.
The owners have always been awesome and I was nervous when I heard new management was in place. I had a concern relative to some changes and it was addressed imediately and resolved sooner by the new property manager. I appreciate her practical solution and commend her for appreciating the customer���� Thx Tessa!!
6/6/2015 DO NOT i repeat, do not use this facility. I've had this storage unit for over 6 years. I was diagnosed with cancer and fell upon hard times. At first they worked with me, but today I called to make a payment and was told my unit was sold. I was NEVET notified. They're even my friend on Facebook and sent me a message to call 4 hours after the sale. Every year my son and I made Christmas ornaments and now they are gone. I needed immediate storage help and came across Handy Storage,I got there right at closing expecting to be turned away,but the gentleman and his wife brought me right in.They even helped me unload my trailer and I offered to pay them butthey refused.. I couldnt as for a better facility..Thanks Geronimo
FANTASTIC! The security was very evidant and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for the move in. They even had a FREE truck for us to use! i will definatly use ABC again!
They have climate control storage, self storage, boat storage, rv storage, and vehicle storage.
They have awesome prices, nice place, the manager/owners are very nice, I would recomend this place to anyone.
